Prices not includ :

 

- sojourn tax and insurance during a stay in a hotel:

- sojourn tax and insurance is 1,50 € daily per person;

- children 0-12 years are charged with daily insurance 0,50 €;

- children 12-18 years are charged with sojourn tax and insurance 1,00 € daily.


- sojourn tax and insurance should be paid on the reception desk.

- in price for bed & breakfast is not included parking lot desk-chair with personal on the beach



- Parking is in front of the hotel on the street   

 -New Years and Cristmass holidays,Mimosa festival.

price includes:
- half board (HB) per person , breakfast (buffet) , dinner (or lunch), parasol , desk-chair at our beach.
- fullboard (FB)  guest is obligated to pay additional 7,00 € daily per person on (HB) prices.

  booking - 30 %advance payment,rest of payment when guest arrive in hotel.
● Hotel will not refund the money if guest cancel the reservation
  or leave hotel on his own before the departure date !
● For single occupansy in double room - 60 % is added to the prices !
● Every guest who stay less then 4 days (3 nights) is obligated to pay additional 20 % on  given prices
●  Price for rooms whitout balcony discount 5 %.


Children and babycots:

● 2 Children in double rooms are declared as adults.
● 0-2 years   – free of charge (without of meal).
● 2-6 years   – sharing bad with a two adults: 50 % discount.
● 2-12 years – using separate bad or sharing a double room with one adult: 30 % discount.


●All children under 2 years will be charged 5.00€ per night and person for babycots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
